MDCcm

MDCcm is MDLog’s module for Chronic Care Management.

Available on web version of MDLog, MDCcm comes with a built-in timer for a nurse to precisely measure length of encounter in order to bill accurately and maximally.

The nurse forwards the note with the exact time to the provider. Provider reviews, approves and files note, all of which can be done in a mobile format from an iPhone for added provider convenience.

The CCM note will appear in MDLog alongside all other encounter notes.
